Welcome to Go!

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website, Telegram/voice interfaces, and associated services, including the Go! platform, Lion Agents, Agentic Income Nodes, and the $GSMC token (collectively, the "Platform").

By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use financial and trading services in your jurisdiction. Certain features (including prediction markets) are restricted or prohibited in some jurisdictions; you are solely responsible for confirming your eligibility under local law before use.

2. No Financial Advice

Nothing on the Platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Go! Lion Agents provide automated execution based on user-defined goals and parameters; they do not guarantee outcomes, profits, or specific returns. Past or projected performance is not indicative of future results.

3. Wallet Connection & Account Access

Certain features require connecting a Web3 wallet. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet, private keys, and account access. We do not have access to your private keys or custody your funds unless explicitly stated for a specific product feature.

4. Autonomous Agent Actions

By deploying a Lion Agent, you authorize it to take actions on your behalf within the parameters, limits, and policies you configure.

You acknowledge that:

- Agents operate based on defined logic and available data, and may make decisions you would not have made manually.

- All trading, prediction market participation, and yield-generating activity involves risk of loss, including total loss of deployed capital.

- You are responsible for setting appropriate limits and reviewing agent activity regularly.

5. Agentic Income Nodes & $GSMC Token

Purchase of an Agentic Income Node or $GSMC tokens is not an investment contract, security, or guarantee of income, and rewards are subject to network performance, protocol rules, and applicable law. Token value and rewards may fluctuate or go to zero.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not:

- Reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt the Platform or its agents

- Use the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity

- Circumvent geographic or eligibility restrictions

- Misrepresent your identity or authority to act

7. Data & Privacy

We collect wallet activity, transaction data, and platform usage for operations, security, and analytics. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Availability

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features, including agent execution, may be suspended for maintenance, security, or regulatory reasons at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, branding, and software are the property of Go! or its licensors.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go! is not liable for trading losses, agent decisions, token value fluctuations, security incidents, or third-party wallet/exchange failures. Use of the Platform, including all agent-executed activity, is at your own risk.

11. Updates

We may revise these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
