Welcome to Go! SmartChain AI. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and any associated services, including the Go! Daily Check-In App (“Platform”).

By using our Platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

To use our services, you must be at least 13 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction). By using the Platform, you affirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Wallet Connection & Access

Access to certain features requires you to connect a Web3 wallet (such as MetaMask). You are solely responsible for safeguarding access to your wallet and ensuring the security of your device. We do not have access to your private keys or funds.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt our services
• Upload malicious code or perform actions that could interfere with the Platform’s integrity
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation
• Use the platform for illegal or abusive activities

4. Rewards and Participation

Participation in the check-in system may yield digital rewards such as XP, points, or badges. These are non-transferable, have no monetary value, and are governed solely by Go! SmartChain AI’s internal rules and discretion.

We reserve the right to revoke or suspend rewards for fraudulent behavior, abuse, or manipulation of the system.

5. User Data and Privacy

By using the Platform, you agree to the collection of limited data related to wallet activity and check-ins for operational and analytics purposes. We do not collect personally identifiable information unless explicitly provided by you.

6. Availability and Maintenance

We strive to ensure uptime and performance but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or terminate features or access at any time, with or without notice, for maintenance or operational reasons.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software on the Platform are the property of Go! SmartChain AI or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce any part of the Platform without express written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Go! SmartChain AI is not liable for:

Loss of digital assets, tokens, or wallet access

Errors, bugs, or temporary unavailability of the Platform

Actions taken by third-party wallets or applications

Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

9. Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes implies acceptance. Please check back periodically for updates.
